Dear Sir,

Notice under section 78B, Indian Railways Act, 1890 Under instructions from my client M/s. ………………….. I, hereby give you notice claiming a sum of Rs. ………………….. as compensation for the loss of goods suffered by my above client for reasons of non-delivery of the goods as stated below.
