Preliminary
Title
1.
These Regulations may be cited as the Industrial Property Regulations,
1997.
Commencement
2.
These Regulations shall come into effect from such date as the Minister
may appoint and notify in the national newspaper.
Provided
that different dates may be appointed for different dates may be appointed
for different
provisions of the Regulations.
Territorial
Extent
3.
These Regulations shall extend to the whole of the kingdom of Bhutan.
