MEMBERS, OFFICERS AND SERVANTS OF BOARDS TO BE PUBLIC SERVANTS. All members, officers and servants of a Board when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act and the rules made there under shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860). |
