PENALTY FOR OFFENCES IN RELATION TO RESALE PRICE MAINTENANCE. If any person contravenes the provisions of section 39 or section 40, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both. |
