10E. SPECIAL CASE MAY BE STATED TO INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNAL. - STATE AMENDMENT FOR RAJASTHAN. - The arbitrator may refer any question of law arising before him in any proceeding under this Act to the Industrial Tribunal for its decision. Any award made by the arbitrator shall be in accordance with such decision.
