29. POWER OF SEIZURE. - Whenever the Inspector is satisfied that any dangerous machine, which does not comply with, in all respects, the provisions of this Act or the rules or orders made there under, is being operated in contravention of the provisions of this Act, he may seize such dangerous machine and the records and registers connected therewith.
