PROTECTION OF ACTION TAKEN IN GOOD FAITH. - Not suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Central or State Government or against the Chairman, Vice-Chairman or other Member of any Central Joint or State Administrative Tribunal, or any other person authorised by such Chairman, Vice-Chairman or other Member for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made there under. |
